Meet Dr. Timothy Voss

Being a pediatric dentist means helping young children develop a healthy attitude toward oral health. But to me, it means so much more than that. It means forming friendships that last a lifetime.

Coaching children and families about healthy oral habits is one of the most rewarding aspects of my job. Children have an infinite ability to grow through experiences. Helping young people understand and accept dental treatment presents a unique opportunity to develop a relationship of trust and respect, one that will mold their view of healthcare for a lifetime.

I knew from a young age that I wanted to be a pediatric dentist because of my experiences with Drs. Pero and Glinka right here at this office. Being able to come back to the office I grew up in has always been my dream, and I am so fortunate to get to practice in our amazing community.

I earned my Doctorate of Dental Surgery at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. After dental school, I completed a general practice residency at the University of Toledo Medical Center. I attended the Case Western Reserve University Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital pediatric dental residency for my specialty training in pediatric care.

I always look to further my depth of knowledge regarding the continued evolution of pediatric dental practice, techniques, and materials. Minimally invasive dentistry and preventive dentistry are contemporary keys to the future oral health of the children I care for.

I regularly attend seminars held by professional organizations of which I am a member:

  • American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry
  • American Board of Pediatric Dentistry
  • Ohio Academy of Pediatric Dentistry
  • American Dental Association
  • Ohio Dental Association
  • Toledo Dental Society

In addition to my work in the office, I have hospital affiliations at ProMedica Ebeid Children’s Hospital, Mercy Health St. Vincent Children’s Hospital, and McLaren St. Luke’s Hospital. I am also a team member at the Cleft Palate and Facial Anomalies Clinic of Northwest Ohio.

My wife Linnea and I have five children: Davin, Jonah, Isaac, Colin, and Violet. We also have Golden Retriever, Koda, and cat, Rusty.

I enjoy spending my personal time with my family as much as possible. We love going for walks in the beautiful parks across Ohio and building LEGO creations together. I am also a fan of cycling, snowboarding, one-wheeling, gardening, and woodworking.
